Poor Murphy has had a hard time getting in where he fits in! This older gentleman was originially brought here in Sept. xxxx because his owners no longer wanted him and then adopted out for 3 months and was returned because the owner was moving and couldn?t take Murphy with him!
Murphy does great with other dogs and does love to give out kisses but he has what we call ?old man syndrome?. Don?t worry, this is not contagious by any means! Murphy just knows how he likes things and will let you know if it?s something he doesn?t want to do. He is spoiled that way.
We are asking that he go to a slower, quiet home without small children. Murphy loves to get under the blankets on the couch with you and snuggle close. Please don?t let his age deter you, he really is just 3 years old in his heart and soul! This guy is housebroken and has been with us for almost a month this go-around with NO interest in him!
We promise, if you take Murphy home, you will not be sorry, this guy is about as loyal as a dog can be and all he wants is some food, a lap to sit in and a nice bed to curl up in at the end of the day.
